REGISTRATION   INFORMATION

 

Enrollment Fee: New Students $30.00, Re-admit students, no fee.

Registration: Students can register for any course in the term up to the Friday prior to the first class date.

Syllabus: Syllabi are available approximately two weeks prior to class start date on the

SIUC-Edwards web site. Please be aware of your Class start dates, add and drop dates and the Refund Policy!

Class Hours:              8 AM-5 PM

Tuition Rates:        $180.00 per cr. hr. / $540.00 per course / $2160.00 per term.

 

Payment Schedules:

Self-Paying Students:  Payments are made on a monthly basis. One quarter of the tuition owed is due on the following dates:

Fall Session: 01 September, 01 October, 01 November, and 01 December 2007.

Tuition Assistance Students:  Military and Employer tuition assistance forms must be turned in no later than Friday before class start date of each course. 

TA pays 100% to a cap of $4500.00 per year. Prefer two courses at a time on TA, if possible.

VA Students:  VA students are responsible for the entire amount of the tuition regardless if the VA pays the student.  The entire summer tuition is due by the end of the term.

Employer Reimbursement to Student for Tuition: Students are responsible for the entire amount of the tuition regardless if the employer reimburses the student/SIUC. One quarter of the tuition is due on the following dates: 01 September, 01 October, 01 November, and 01 December 2007.

Grade letters are submitted to the employer upon completion of each course. Entire tuition is due by the end of the semester.

 

Tuition must be paid with check or money order.  CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  You may pay by credit card online at www.siu.edu/~bursar/ or by downloading a fax form online or by phone (618) 453-2221. There will be a charge for paying by credit card over the telephone.

 

Drops/ Withdrawals: Failure to attend class DOES NOT constitute a drop from the course.  It is the student’s responsibility to notify the SIU office and to initiate the necessary paperwork.
